Opened at the end of 2014, the Souraïde Artisanal Smokehouse offers Scottish salmon from organic farming, smoked with 100% natural beech wood. Hand salted with Guérande salt, cold smoked for long hours for a delicate flavour
A range of verrines is proposed in the form of rillettes or ready-made dishes from the Basque Country revisited in the "salmon style", certified AB. Our "local flavour" products are made from raw, local and organic products.
