Ferme Arditeia

Bixente, a young farmer who settled on the Arditeia farm in 2020, leads his flock of 300 red-headed Manech ewes with passion. With the installation of his father, Sébastien, part of the Ossau - Iraty appellation milk production is transformed into cheeses, dairy products and seasonal ice creams. The two of them run this small farm with love and patience.
