The restaurant, overlooking a huge park with a breathtaking view of the Rhune, gives you the sweet sensation of being somewhere else. Like a skylight overlooking the kitchen, a glass window reveals the spectacle of an incessant ballet orchestrated by chef alexandre soulier and his teams! Like in a beehive, they work hard to give life to beautiful gourmet and refined dishes. And because each day is unique, the chef proposes a short-lived menu and concocts new light flavours each time to be savoured. Inspired both by southwestern cuisine and flavours from elsewhere. Obviously the wine list is up to the table. Adjoining and extending the restaurant room, the summer garden, entirely glazed like a huge pergola. The vegetation invites itself inside with its climbing plants.
