The restaurant, overlooking a huge park with a breathtaking view of the Rhune, gives you the sweet sensation of being somewhere else. Like a skylight overlooking the kitchen, a glass window reveals the spectacle of an incessant ballet orchestrated by chef alexandre soulier and his teams! Like in a beehive, they work hard to give life to beautiful gourmet and refined dishes. And because each day is unique, the chef proposes a short-lived menu and concocts new light flavours each time to be savoured. Inspired both by southwestern cuisine and flavours from elsewhere.
