On the banks of the River Nive, in the Greater Bayonne area, chef and owner Romuald Desmousseaux will seduce you with local produce, generous cuisine and, amidst authentic recipes, a few little nuggets like trout with Basque blue cheese.

Romuald's cuisine has evolved with his encounters and discoveries of Basque cuisine, while retaining the solid foundation he acquired during his Parisian apprenticeship with Jean-Luc and Christian at Le Chefson in Bois-Colombes. At Quai N°15, you'll find gourmet French cuisine with a hint of Basque-Spanish.
