Romuald's cuisine has evolved with his encounters and discoveries of Basque cuisine, while retaining the solid foundation he acquired during his Parisian apprenticeship with Jean-Luc and Christian at Le Chefson in Bois-Colombes. At Quai N°15, you'll find gourmet French cuisine with a hint of Basque-Spanish.
