Mikel has taken over from his father and makes Basque cake with the Eguzkia quality label. The Eguzkia label guarantees a cake made only with natural ingredients, flour, butter and sugar. He also makes taloak, the wheat flour cakes usually served at local festivals... Throughout the year he welcomes groups for explanations about the making of his Basque cake.
