Le Cabanon

The restaurant is on the edge of Monein, a village in the heart of the Jurançon ‘appellation contrôlée’ region, with the famous church of St. Girons and its double hull style roof structure.

It is a typical village inn, run by a young chef whose focus is on using on regional produce bought direct from local markets and producers. Whether in the winter by the cosy fire or on the shady terrace in the summer, the food is bound to delight. Try the ‘Regional Platter’ composed of a plate of charcuterie, duck tenderloin, served with seasonal vegetables and a dessert of your choice, served with a glass of ‘appellation contrôlée’ wine.
