Perm'Hart

Nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Perm'Hart is a micro-farm that stands out for its environmentally-friendly practices. Inspired by the principles of permaculture, it grows, harvests and processes aromatic and medicinal plants. Surrounded by lush green countryside, the farm offers a peaceful setting in which to explore the richness of nature. Sophie, with her hands behind the plantation, offers tours of the field and greenhouse crops, the distillation of plants and the drying room on the second floor. She has a shop stocked with a wide range of products, including fine foods (jams, syrups, oils, vinegars, spirits) and herbal products (herbal teas, balms, floral waters).
