Founded in 2004, the artisanal Soule cookie factory Okina makes Basque cookies and cakes from local raw materials in Idaux.

Authentic, hand-crafted recipes guarantee quality products. Okina products: dry cookies with chocolate or hazelnuts, savory cookies with ewe's milk cheese alone or mixed with Espelette pepper. Basque cakes with crème pâtissière or black cherry jam and pastetx (cornmeal cakes) to order. Group visits only by prior arrangement. Store on site.
