Maison Cassandrine
Located not far from Pau, Tarbes and Lourdes, the Maison Cassandrine, a small artisanal company, is specialized in the manufacture of top-of-the-range gastronomic jams. Since 2003, Marc COUMES and Benoît PRAT, passionate about the world of fruit, have been at the head of the jam factory and share their passion for creating exceptional regional products: strawberry jam with Madiran, Roussanne peach from Monein, yellow peaches with Jurançon, Jurançon jelly... Their conception of manufacturing is entirely turned towards the optimal restitution of the flavors and the perfumes which they knew during their childhood. The Cassandrine House has developed a unique know-how to make jams and other sweet treats "in the old way". It works in the greatest respect of the fruit. Possibility of visiting the workshop by appointment only.
