Jérôme is a young professional beekeeper with 200 hives.

He specializes in the production of unpasteurized, cold-extracted raw honeys.

He sells different varieties of honey at the farm: spring flower honey (dandelion, wild cherry, blackthorn and hawthorn), the sweetest acacia, summer honey (chestnut and bramble), rich in vitamins and potassium, lime blossom honey, which is transhumed in the Vallée d?Aspe and has relaxing properties, forest honey with honeydew honey, rich in trace elements and a woody taste, heather honey, callune honey and chestnut honey.

Jérôme also produces fresh pollen.
