Laiterie Marengo

Located in the museum district in the heart of Petit Bayonne, La Laiterie Marengo produces gourmet cheeses and tasty yogurts on site and before your very eyes. All our dairy products are made using traditional methods and raw organic Basque milk collected 10km from the workshop.

You'll find fresh Mozzarella and creamy Burrata to liven up your aperitifs, salads, pastas and pizzas. You can also learn how to spin mozzarella and make Burrata by taking part in one of the workshops offered by La Laiterie.
