La kabane à kabris

We're gradually getting this little Soulet farm back on its feet, high above the village of Etchebar in Soule.

We have a herd of Poitevine goats, a few Jersais cows and our Konik ponies. These are hardy, docile animals. Our pastures and surrounding woods provide the animals with a varied diet and shelter in all weathers. All milk is hand-milked and processed on the farm. Goat's and mixed cheeses are sold on site and by our local partners. We offer tours in summer, by reservation only with the tourist office.
