Fromagerie artisanale Azkorria

Artisanal cheese dairy in the form of a cooperative made up of 16 souletin farmers. They produce an Ossau Iraty PDO cheese with quality milk from local breeds of sheep fed naturally and without fermented feed. Visit of the cheese cooperative and explanation of the process and the different stages of cheese making (by appointment). Tasting and sale.
