Ferme Urrutigaraia "Ici Même"

On the south-western slopes of the Pic du Belchou, in Hosta, between Basse-Navarre and Soule, Pascale raises organic trees and berries. As the seasons go by, she also harvests the wild fruits of the mountains, and transforms them into jams and delicacies right here in her home. Pascale welcomes individuals and groups to visit her orchard and taste (and explain) her jams. She shares with her customers her know-how and her commitment to organic, self-sufficient farming that respects nature. Slowing down, adopting the rhythm of the seasons, acting and thinking in the same movement.
