Ferme Ttukulua
In 1999, I moved to the Ttukulua farm in Hasparren, on the heights of Bonloc. My parents passed on to me the taste of the profession. I took over the breeding and modernized the installations for a comfortable working environment
In 2011, I embarked on a new adventure with the production of Ossau Iraty PDO ewe's milk cheese
My Manex red-headed ewes graze every day and are fed hay and haylage produced on the farm. I transform all the milk of my ewes into cheese. The cheeses are matured on the farm for at least 4 months
I work with the help of Chantal my wife who assists me in the daily tasks
We sell the cheese on the farm and at local markets
New this year is the introduction of a poultry farm with the sale of organic eggs on the farm.
