Ferme Palangue

In Bearn, near Pau, Patrick Palangue raises ducks in the traditional way, fed with corn from the farm.

He uses traditional working methods from the breeding to the processing of the products since all of them are made on the farm. He produces a wide range of quality duck products: foie gras, dried duck breast, confit, rillettes, fresh products. He also proposes whole chicken and chicken basquaise. Finally, he can make you gift boxes.
