The farm of Jean noël Castaing berger & affineur, is located at the gateway to the Ossau Alley, at the foot of the Pic de Midi d?Ossau. Come and meet us, we'll be delighted to show you our farmhouse products and bring to your table the prestige of the good taste of the land, the authenticity, tradition and quality of our products. We mature our cheeses ourselves in our family salt cellar for a minimum of five months. After this long period of care and waiting, you can come and taste them in our boutique on the rond point d'Izeste.
