Ferme Irrika

A family farm, located in Lohitzun between St-Palais and Mauléon, where Jessica started breeding Jersey cows. Soft and rustic with a small size, these cows fed exclusively with hay produced on the farm and GMO-free supplements, produce exceptional milk. Visit of the farm and tasting of the smooth and unique cheese. At 5 pm, possibility to accompany the farmer in the mountains to bring the cows to the barn (please bring sport shoes, 30 minutes walk)
