The Elizarea family farm has been handed down from father to son for nearly five centuries. At the helm are the Etchepare brothers. André and Alain started a few years ago with the breeding of ewes, before starting to make cheese. A real passion! Today, they are happy to let you visit their farm and taste their cheese, a pure Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese. A real treat! The farm is accessible to motor homes.
