Ferme Burgubu
In the lush green setting of the Soule valley in the Basque Country, the Burgubu farm produces farmhouse ewe's milk cheese and ewe's milk blue cheese under the Azakarra brand.
After Maiana and Arño, then Annie and Michel, it's now Yvette and Bruno's turn to continue the farm's work with "Manex Têtes rousses" ewes and "Blondes d'Aquitaine" cows, respecting both the animals and the environment. In 2021, the farm will launch a new activity under the "Azkarra" brand, with the production of a blue-veined cheese: the first ewe's milk blue cheese from Soulet is born!
