From May to October, come and meet Denise, breeder and cheese-maker on the Iraty plateau. Denise welcomes you to her summer hut to taste her PDO Ossau-Iraty cheese, traditionally made in a cauldron, as well as other products from her farm. You'll learn all about pastoralism and living conditions in the mountains. Denise also offers cold-saponified handmade soaps made from the milk of her black-headed Manex ewes. They're made with 4 natural, local ingredients. They're packed with vitamins and minerals. Minimalist soaps for all skin types and the whole family!
