Etxea Centre d'interprétation de l'AOP Piment d'Espelette

The Syndicat des Producteurs de piment d'Espelette AOP has created an interpretation centre dedicated to the promotion of the latter, located in the centre of the village of Espelette. The aim of this 100m² space is to highlight the Espelette chilli pepper through the work of men and women, its history, its fame, its terroir, its organoleptic characteristics, its specifications and its culinary use.
