Domaine Hegaldaka

This business was born out of a career change, a need to rediscover meaning and return to my native Basque country. It's a turn I've taken on the fly (Hegaldaka in Basque), a bit of a crazy gamble. Planted in 2019 in Saint Jean Le Vieux, the vines are organically grown.

The first vinification took place in 2021, and the wine produced is a dry white. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed in whole bunches.
