Cidre Eztigar

Eztigar is on the road to Mauléon and the Osquich Pass, just outside the village of Saint-Just Ibarre. Founded in 1996, Eztigar has succeeded in safeguarding the varieties of cider apples and reviving the production of the traditional and ancestral drink of the Basque Country, 70% organic production. Local varieties of apples are grown there: Anisa, Eri sagarra, Mimuxiri and Ando Anotxa. During the visits in autonomy in the young orchard, accompanied by small goats, you will discover the history of Eztigar, the values and the approach of Eztigar.
