Pierre Oteiza

Son of a farmer, Pierre Oteiza is a breeder, producer and artisan butcher established in his native village of Aldudes, in the heart of the Basque Country.

Today, Pierre Oteiza's products are distributed through a network of 10 shops and professional partners (butcher's shops, delicatessens...). It supplies large tables in France and abroad and organises buffets.
