Ferme Hirigoingo-Borda
Ideally located on the heights of Urrugne, between the village center and Socoa, not far from the Chapelle de Socorri, the Hirigoingo Borda farm offers direct sales of farmhouse goat cheese made from raw milk. In crottin, brick or capelou, plain or flavored with garlic and herbs, shallots, Espelette pepper, ash and bruschetta (tomatoes, basil, peppers). After preparation, you'll need to wait 6 days to enjoy them. Tomme also has its place of choice, but requires more patience before being tasted, as it needs to mature for at least 2 months.
