The Casamayou butcher's and delicatessen, located in Oloron Sainte-Marie opposite the Cathédrale Sainte-Marie, is committed to promoting local products by selecting the best from our local farms. Our mission is to preserve our gastronomic traditions while promoting responsible consumption. In this way, we support our local industries and the dynamism of our region.
Traceability is essential to us: veal and beef come from local farms, Manex pork from Saint Etienne de Baigorri, and poultry from the ESAT in Espiute. Our rich terroir offers us exceptional products. In our family-run workshop, the 3rd generation of Casamayou charcutiers perpetuate traditional know-how while integrating modern methods, guaranteeing impeccable quality: andouille béarnaise, pâtés, sausages, ventrèches, boudin...
