From the field to the tasting, the Atelier du piment team will make you discover all the secrets of a unique production in the world : the production of Espelette chilli pepper. Origin and tradition, know-how and quality are the key words of this culture. Depending on the season and the production cycle of the chilli pepper, you can visit the farm, from the greenhouses to the oven room, or you can play with your family through the fields during a playful discovery tour.
