Located in the Nive valley, in the commune of Ustaritz, this hostel has been run since 2001 by Jean-Marie and Solange Pigué. You will be served on a shaded terrace unique in the village and if the weather does not allow it, a charming restaurant awaits you

You will taste an authentic local cuisine essentially elaborated with local products: duck foie gras, egg casserole with foie gras, chipirons, Ispeguy trout with xingar, veal axoa, blond beef from Aquitaine.
