Le flammekueche

At Hendaye Plage, come and discover the authentic Alsatian tarte flambée known as flammekueche. Finely rolled out fresh bread dough, homemade cream, sliced onions, beechwood-smoked bacon and Emmental cheese. As soon as it comes out of the oven (it takes less than 5 minutes to cook), you can enjoy it with your fingers, as tradition dictates. You can choose to eat in or take away: classic, forest, vegetarian or Basque, enjoy it with friends or family.
