Moulin Compayrot

The Compayrot Mill cultivates cereals (wheat, corn, rye, small spelt, buckwheat, green lentils, sunflower, rapeseed, camelina...) in a reasoned agricultural approach that it transforms into artisanal flour thanks to its millstone mill. He also produces sunflower oil (for seasoning or cooking), rapeseed oil, camelina oil, and hazelnut oil, which are purchased from a farm in a neighboring village. Pulses such as lentils and azuki beans are another specialty of Compayrot Mill. All products are natural, without preservatives and additives. Moreover, the storage of all the crops is done by ventilation which avoids the use of insecticides.
