La Ferme Bidalot - Maxime SALIES et Maite ETCHEVERRY

La Ferme Bidalot is the story of a brand new project. The story of Maxime, who has been passionate about farming since childhood, and his partner Maite, the daughter of a farmer, but for whom this profession was not at all written! Today, however, it is with great commitment and passion that the two of them, under the watchful eye of their little Valentin, are committed to bringing this human-scale farm to fruition, where Basque-Béarn ewes and Alpine goats peacefully cohabit. To delight your taste buds, their products come in a variety of flavors: pure ewe, pure goat and mixed ewe/goat cheeses.

The Bidalot Farm is open by appointment for a free 30-minute guided tour, including a visit to the workshops, animals and cheese tasting. Apple juice from their orchard, and goat's milk soap complete the product range.
