Ferme Bacquet

Jean-Louis and Isabelle welcome you to the Bacquet farm located in Orègue. It is a 30 hectare farm, 25 of which are reserved for grazing animals all year round and 5 of which are planted with self-consumed cereals. The main production is Manex red-headed ewes. They also raise fattening pigs and laying hens.

All the milk production is processed on the farm. The dairy ewes are fed with grass, hay and corn produced on the farm

You will be able to taste our products according to the season: from February to September, white cheese, curd, breuil, crottin and bercail (ewe's milk camembert)

The ewe's milk is matured for 4 to 9 months and is sold all year round.

The pigs are fattened in the open air, fed with corn and whey produced on the farm.
