Reception of the duckling to 1 day in the farm.

Breeding in the open air in the meadows of the farm, until the setting in force-feeding is 16 weeks of breeding. We practice the reasoned agriculture on our 22 ha of corn

non-GMO and non-irrigated corn which allows us to produce our own food for force-feeding ducks. It is carried out during 15 days with whole grain corn. The feeding rooms are equipped with traditional pens where the ducks are free to move around. In our premises, we process ducks exclusively from our own farm. After being slaughtered on the spot, the ducks will be transformed according to the family knowledge to give traditional products of quality, traditional farm products,

guaranteed without coloring agents or preservatives.
