Accessible to anyone who knows how to swim, this discipline combines all the benefits, or almost all the benefits: it promotes blood circulation, improves balance, builds endurance and strengthens the muscles and cardiovascular system.
No late arrivals allowed.
Water shoes or old tennis shoes are mandatory.
Wetsuits are not required in summer.
