Rôtisserie du Roy Léon
First, there's the warm, authentic setting, timeless stone walls, exposed beams, coats of arms and picture frames that take you on a tour of the Basque Country.
Then there's the welcome, a broad smile, a complimentary house aperitif, accompanied by croustillants and rillettes de canard.
From the dining room, you can follow the chef at work on the rotisserie, cooking just seared your generous beef or veal ribs, the famous house duckling and the unmissable magret and loin of lamb... Beforehand, you'll have hesitated between the chipirons and their amazing pea coulis, the delicious foie gras confit with figs and its toasts with melting onion and coriander jam, a real treat... We have a private room upstairs for family or business meals... with menu options (to be discussed with the chef).
