Les Embruns
In the heart of Bearn, the brasserie Les Embruns is located in the industrial zone of Serres-Castet, at the exit of Pau and near the airport.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the brasserie offers you a traditional cuisine with a daily menu. Their speciality are the very varied and greedy combined plates: lomo à la plancha with fried egg and ewe's egg, skewers of duck hearts and goat's cheese toast, veal escalope with mushroom cream, hot camembert cheese and honey, duck breast, entrecote, rib steak (on order)... all accompanied by French fries and salad. It also offers mixed salads (auvergnate, landaise, atlantic, gratinade), bruschettas with French fries and salad (pacific, périgourdine and italian).
The brasserie organizes tapas evenings every Friday night and theme evenings once a month on Friday nights.
