Located in the heart of Biarritz, 5 minutes' walk from the Grande Plage. The Cocina project is the result of a meeting between Gilles Grasteau and Maëlle Redondo. Their shared passion for gastronomy, the Basque Country and Spain led them to choose Biarritz for its history, culture and environment. They decided to create a warm and welcoming place to share local produce and gourmet dishes.

Their high standards start with the choice of produce, to ensure that it is fresh and seasonal. Gilles works on the different menus for your dining rooms, all year round. In this creative spirit, surrounded by his highly skilled brigade, he revisits the great classics of French gastronomy.
