We are proud to make our macaroons every day and always work in an artisanal way. Each macaroon is made by hand, with a piping bag as in the past.

The macaroons are made exclusively with crushed, ground or grated dried fruits. We do not add any fat, coloring or preservatives and of course, our macaroons are flourless. We also make cookies and pure butter shortbread. You will taste bites of happiness made with natural ingredients and an ancestral technique, it is simply the respect of the traditions.
