Kultur Piment, producteur de piment d'Espelette AOP

The Lurmintoën Borda farm has been growing PDO Espelette chillies since 2011. Jean-Baptiste and Mélanie have dedicated 9 hectares to this emblematic product.

Every Friday, the farm offers direct sales of its products: powder, jelly, strings, cream, beroa sauce, fine Guérande salt, etc.

Mélanie also shares her passion and know-how through farm visits and tasting workshops: L'Atelier Découverte (information and booking from the Tourist Office on 05 59 29 70 25) and L'Atelier Gourmet (booking only with Mélanie on 06 78 93 63 92).
