Ferme Las Arradits
The Las Arradits farm at Bournos in Béarn is a diversified 38-hectare family business. Guillaume and Alexia produce cereals, which they use in bakery products and transform into flour for bread, thanks to their stone mill. They also produce dairy products (cheese and yoghurt) from their sheep's milk. Their work is based on the principles of traditional, organic and self-sufficient farming. They also adhere to the Nature et Progrès charter. In their store, they also sell products from neighboring farmers and friends.
