Ferme de Soubille

Located in the hills above Bedous, the farm raises a flock of meat sheep and produces, processes and sells mutton.

Emma concocts delicious cooked dishes such as civet de mouton aux trompettes de la mort, axoa, fressure and many other gourmet recipes.

She also grows fruit, which is sold seasonally, and transforms it into syrups, fruit jellies and jams.

Emma and her family welcome you:

- All year round at the farm

- At the Bedous market on Thursday mornings

- At La Pierre Saint-Martin during the Christmas and February school vacations, for the weekly farmers' market
