Laura and David are passionate about raising Label Rouge free-range chickens for 90 days, fed on the farm's own cereals. With over 25 years experience, David is committed to quality and short distribution channels. At the farm, they offer direct sales of fresh chickens, as well as a delicious range of home-cooked jars: chicken basquaise, in jelly, with onions, in tajine, chicken gizzards confit, plain rillettes, rillettes with Béarn chilli pepper or lemon confit?
