Conserverie Jean de Luz - Batteleku
Created at the end of 2003, the Jean de Luz cannery is specialized in the transformation of wild fish
wild fish.
The fish we process are landed at the Saint Jean de Luz/Ciboure fish auction.
We do not use preservatives or other additives. There is only fish, vegetables,
extra virgin olive oil and spices all from organic farming.
We offer different types of products:
- fillets: of tuna, bonito and sardines.
- terrines: of sardines, tuna and mackerel
- prepared dishes
