Domaine Pédelaborde

In the Béarn region, near the Basque country, a small village overhangs the Gave d'Oloron river.

At the edge of the woods, you can make out an old gentleman's house dating from the XIXth century: Le domaine Pédelaborde.

A separate entrance leads to the bedrooms that differ in their colour harmonies and open to the Pyrenees. With simplicity and friendliness, we will invite you, if you wish so, to join our "table d'hôte", where our farm products have pride of place.

You can take away the foies gras and duck confits we/you have cooked (if you have participated in a fat duck cooking course).
