Üztaldia - Magasin paysan

The Üztaldia association brings together farm producers and sympathizer members, who offer products from local farms, bearing the Idoki, AB or PDO label.

All these producers are committed to sustainable agriculture, whether they practice organic farming or follow the Idoki principles of human-scale farm production and direct contact with consumers, for total transparency. The store offers a variety of products, including cheese, cider, herbs, pork and bread.
