Les Bergers du Haut-Béarn

A group of cheese producers of the Barétous, Aspe and Ossau Valleys in Béarn is established at Lanne-en-Barétous. Their sheep, cow, mixed and goat milk cheeses are stored in a cellar (saloir) for maturation and sold retail in the shop, located 100 m from the church of Lanne-en-Barétous. They offer various different jams to accompany the cheese.
