Ferme de l'Aouda - Maxime BAJAS

Our small farm is located in the Vallée d'Aspe, on the heights of Bedous, close to the orientation table. Our herd grazes the surrounding natural meadows. We welcome you from late September to mid-June.

In summer, we head for the Banasse summer pasture at the Lurbe hut, at an altitude of 1800m, where we make the cheese you can enjoy six months later at the farm. A pure ewe's milk cheese with character, natural and authentic.
