Just 10 minutes from Hasparren and the listed village of La Bastide Clairence, the Anne Rozès cannery is located in the village of Briscous, close to the freeway.
Since 1970, the Anne Rozès cannery has been transforming everything that can be cooked from fattened duck and pork into delicious preserves, such as foie gras, duck rillons, Espelette pepper pâté, and the famous black pudding made to Christian Parra's recipe. You'll also find the ready-cooked vegetables that have made our reputation throughout the South-West and far beyond, with delicatessens and Michelin-starred restaurants.
