44ème Fête des Bergers

8:30 a.m.: 44th CONCOURS QUALIFICATIF DES CHIENS DE BERGERS SUR TROUPE au stade

12 h 00 : MEAL under marquee

2:30 pm: DEFILE through the streets to the stadium with bells, old-fashioned tractors and schoolchildren

3:00 p.m.: ANIMATION on site until 6:00 p.m., with re-enactments of preparations for the summer pastures, songs and dances by valley children, cheese-making, etc., and a craft exhibition

6:00 pm: COMICE FROMAGE in the village hall, with prize-giving ceremony and cheese tasting

7.00 pm: MEAL-SPECTACLE under a big top with storytellers and singers from the Basque, Béarn and Bigourdans regions, etc... (meal limited to 800 people, booking preferably before Friday evening, after which we cannot guarantee places)

10:00 pm: 33rd RENCONTRES VOCALES (traditional singing competition).
